6. Limitation of Liability

• Tax penalties or interest resulting from late filing or incorrect information.
   
• Decisions made by the client based on advice not confirmed in writing.
   

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes or tax refunds. Our advice is based on current laws and available information at the time of service.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
   
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion and will depend on how much of the service was completed.
   
• No refunds will be issued after tax returns have been filed or reports delivered.
   

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Lopez Accounting & Tax Solutions, including reports, templates, and advice, are our intellectual property. Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or resell such materials without written permission.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, non-cooperation, or inappropriate behavior. Clients may terminate services with written notice, subject to applicable cancellation terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
